Due to the nature of digital products, all sales on Masterify.store are final.

1. No Refunds After Delivery

Once a digital product has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered, refunds are not available.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • The product was not delivered due to a technical issue

  • Duplicate payment was made

  • The product is proven to be defective and unusable

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

3. Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact us first before filing a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
